Fred is Director of the TCU Center for Lighting Education. The Center is part of the Department of Design, Merchandising & Textiles at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.  Fred is the Vice President for Technical and Research of the IESNA and recently became a fellow of the IESNA. Additionally, he serves on the Board of the IALD Education Trust as well as the Board of the Nuckolls Fund for Lighting Education. He has participated in numerous IESNA educational courses at the local and regional level and has presented several times at LIGHTFAIR. He is an LC.
